We are excited to welcome Alabama Media Group to speak at our Winter Workshop. Feel free to review their speaker bios below.
Josh Swindle – Chief Strategist, AMG Higher Education
Studied at Auburn University in the fields of architecture and graphic design. His current focus is partnering with business leaders to equip their firms with practical + actionable strategies to strengthen their brand, customer experience, and impact sales via thoughtful & successful campaigns.
Josh is a graphic designer that made the leap into sales (20 years experience in design // 10 years experience in sales). He always knew his career would be designing experiences/campaigns and helping businesses bring their stories to an audience in thoughtful and effective ways. Collaborating w/ clients to build their brands and help them design better processes for their internal operations is his passion.
Now a senior strategist for Higher Education at Alabama Media Group. Josh works with clients across the Southeast to build infrastructure inside their organization to better understand CRM potential, design and build successful campaigns that support enrollment.
Cale Webb – Director, AMG Recruitment Marketing
Cale has been a part of the team at Alabama Media Group since 2014. As Director of the Recruitment Strategy Team he helps top companies throughout the Southeast execute effective workplace branding and recruitment strategies. While he roots for the University of Alabama on the weekends, Cale helps deliver wins for companies in the transportation, higher ed, defense technology, and healthcare industries. His team also supports the Alabama Department of Labor and many large employers across the state.
Cale is based in Birmingham-based and lives there with his family including his wife, Tiffany, and 3 children who all share his love of sports, competitive sports, and the great outdoors.
Bart Thau – Vice President of Marketing
He has been with the company for 10 years specializing in brand management, lead generation, and marketing strategy. Bart leads the marketing team supporting AMG Higher Education Marketing and AMG Recruitment.
