The Career Fair is designed to connect employers with students, recent graduates, and job seekers while strengthening workforce development throughout our region. We're currently welcoming employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and sponsors to participate.

The University of North Alabama invites employers, community partners, and industry leaders to participate in Lions in the Light: Success Summit, an innovative career fair experience designed to spotlight student talent, foster meaningful connections, and reimagine recruitment. The event will begin with a traditional career fair, allowing employers to connect with students in a familiar format, and will then transition into an engaging reverse career fair experience, where students step into the spotlight.
