The AACE Leadership Academy brings together employer and higher education professionals from across our organization to engage in this multi-session professional development program designed to help motivated AACE members to invest in themselves, grow their leadership capacity, and gain confidence to pursue leadership roles.
Whether you are an emerging leader or a seasoned professional looking to refine your leadership approach, the Leadership Academy offers a supportive and engaging environment to reflect, learn, and grow alongside fellow AACE members. The program consists of 6 virtual sessions and an in-person graduation at the AACE Summer Conference.
Applications for the 2nd Leadership Academy cohort will be published soon. All new cohort members are to be announced at the 2027 AACE Winter Workshop on January 22, 2027.
