Welcome to the 2023 AACE Summer Conference Page! This webpage will provide you with all the necessary information and updates related to the summer conference. We are excited to gather together this summer as peers from institutions of higher education and industry across the State of Alabama as we connect, develop, and empower one another for the betterment of our state’s workforce. Join us as we reflect on our past in Alabama’s capital city to strengthen our resolve for working together to build a better tomorrow for our state. Coined Alabama’s “Capital of Dreams,” Montgomery offers many historic sites along the Civil Rights Trail and other exciting amenities such as a new White Water facility and live theater at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
The conference is held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.

- Non-Members Registration Rate – $225

CALL FOR PROPOSALS:

- We are accepting breakout session proposals from colleges and employers for the conference.
- Significant proposals will focus on strategies to retain more talent in the state after graduation through university recruitment, DEI, career readiness, employer relations, technology innovations, and data and assessment.
- All presenters must be paid registrants for the conference.
